Get started

Set up threedezy on your website

Your configurator is two lines of code on a product page. This guide takes you from your first sign-in to a live configurator, and everything you can change along the way.

Before you start

  • Your console sign-in. We send an invitation from threedezy to set a password. You sign in at app.threedezy.com.
  • Access to edit your product pages: your Shopify admin, WordPress editor, or whoever looks after your site.
  • Every address your site runs on, such as yourstore.com, yourstore.myshopify.com and any staging or preview site. The configurator only runs on addresses we've allowed.

Five steps to a live configurator

  1. Send us your website addresses Email them to [email protected] and we add them to your account. Which addresses to send
  2. Copy your embed code In the console, open your company and copy the embed code for a product. Where to find it
  3. Paste it on the product page Into an HTML or custom code block, wherever the configurator should appear. Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow and others
  4. Check it on a phone and a computer Change a few options, open it in your room with AR, and send yourself a test quote. The checklist
  5. Choose where leads go Quote requests, saved designs and swatch orders can be emailed to you and sent to your other tools. Leads and analytics

What the code looks like

Your console gives you this with your own key and product filled in:

<script type="module" src="https://app.threedezy.com/sdk/latest/configkit.js"></script>
<configkit-viewer license="ck_live_…" product="assets/your-product.json"></configkit-viewer>

The first line loads threedezy; the second puts the configurator where it sits on the page. The key is safe to show in your page's code: it only works on your allowed addresses.

Want us to do it? Email [email protected] with access to a staff or editor account, or your developer's email, and we'll add it and check it with you.
